Spawn Menu QOL
Current Features
– Pre-loads stuff in some of the spawn menu tabs, removing stuttering in those tabs entirely
– Opens the spawn menu for a short duration on map boot, removing that first stutter
– "All" categories for NPCs, entities, and weapons
