Description:

This patch ensures full compatibility between Economic & Financial Overhaul (E&F) and Morgenröte, two major overhaul mods for Victoria 3, with minimal changes to original content.

💰 Economic & Financial Overhaul (E&F)

• 💎 Buy packages:
 Harmonized buy packages retaining E&F’s economic balance while integrating MR’s pop needs for luxury items, leisure, and entertainment
• 🧾 ​Journal entries​​:
 Includes compatibility for JE, such as the geology "find ore" project, enhancing E&F’s new silver mines; and the engineering "improve construction sector" project, enhancing E&F’s private construction sectors
• 📈 Inflation (E&F)📉:
 Updated with every new good from Morgenröte, based on their category and usage
• 🏭 Production method compatibility:
 Ensures all buildings from both mods use coherent production methods across the merged economic system

 1. This mod requires the Community Mod Framework, as Morgenröte depends on it.
Localization conflicts between CMF and E&F have been addressed.
 2. E&F now also requires Expanded Topbar Framework to work, so it should be integrated in your game playset.
