Revolution 1.5-19
The Revolution mod brings Radar enhancements, a more immersive fog-of-war for island captures and
other features.
Recent changes:
- Improved UI for turret deployment by Dr-RazdalByte
- Reduces network traffic/congestion sent by shared holomap cursor
- Fixed captian’s holomap markers
- TV missile minimap centres on the missile and not the launcher
- TV missile shows distances to target and laucher and has compass marks
v1.5:
- Various performance/lag tweaks
- Walrus can carry the ‘small’ low damage turret as well as a main attachment.
- EW – Electronic Warfare target fuzzing
- Next generation aircraft RWR sensor
- HUD assistance for guided/cruise missile operation
- HUD horizon ladder can now be togged off/on by double tapping the map
- HUD 20mm gun-sight less cluttered when horizon ladder hidden
- Helm gets a basic HUD showing nearby islands and compass course
- Turrets can now be moved around by ground vehicles pushing.
- Bear cannon now has a range guide for the current target
- Carrier and Surface RADAR can now indicate the direction of the nearest hostile RADAR source on the holomap.
- Carrier and other units carrying RADAR show a map symbol on holomap, control and nav screens.
If carrier radar is offline the symbol is red or damaged the symbol flashes red/grey. - Added support for the Resupply+ extension mod.
- Fog of war
- Needlefish rebalance (reduced simulated Radar range)
- AWACS rebalance (~10-12km max range again for a better feel)
- Manta rebalance (less deadly against carriers for more air combat)
- Bomb enemy factories to slow production
- Barge map/info will now warn when your barge has no delivery waypoints
