Description:

This mod reimagines and refactors United Earth Confederacy by Comrade Nucleartwister6, updated for the 2026 scenario and Terra Invicta 1.0.

The original mod asks a simple question: what if the United States just claimed the entire planet? Research a tech, get regional claims, flip or conquer at your leisure. Diplomacy optional, tanks encouraged.
It works. It’s fun. It’s the geopolitical equivalent of a victory lap.
This mod asks a different question:
What if everyone agreed that you should run the world — but only after three decades of meetings?

Design Philosophy (Still 100% Imperial, Now With Paperwork):

Instead of granting full territorial claims, this mod adds capstone world-unification projects that follow existing Great Nation unification technologies. These projects grant claims only on the capitals of other Great Nations.
This means:
– you may declare leadership of the planet,
– you may not simply annex it,
– and you will still need to file the appropriate forms.

Military conquest alone will not unify Earth. You must federate, stabilize, negotiate, and convince dozens of regional blocs that this is all in their best interest.
You’re not conquering the world – you’re absorbing it into an organizational chart.

Routes to Global Responsibility:

Multiple Great Nations now get a formal pathway to “solving Earth,” each framed according to its own ideological branding:
USA — Greater United North America → Operation Everything Freedom
African Union — African Union → Lion’s Roar Heard Around the World
South American Union — South American Union → Andean Alliance
Greater Austronesia — Greater Austronesia → Nusantara Network
China — Pan-Asian Cooperative → Operation Red Harmony
(claims apply to both Beijing and Taipei)
Southeast Asian Alliance — Southeast Asian Alliance → Siam Guardian
European Union — Great Europa → Old World Phoenix
Eurasian Union (Russia) — Forward Russia → Red Earth Directive
The Caliphate — The House of Islam → 3000 Black Jets
Commonwealth (UK) — Restored Commonwealth → Rule, Britannia!

Each capstone project grants claims on the capitals of all other Great Nations — Addis Ababa, Ankara, Bangkok, Beijing/Taipei, Cairo, Jakarta, Jeddah, Kuala Lumpur, La Paz, London, Moscow, New Delhi, Paris, Sydney, and Tel Aviv.
Symbolic authority, not a license to flatten the map.

Research Cost & Administrative Reality:

All capstone unification technologies are classified as Social Science and cost 50,000 research points.
This reflects the true cost of world government: lawyers, economists, and PowerPoint.

IP Collapse (Also Known as “How Empires Work in Terra Invicta”):

Yes, unifying Earth will obliterate your global IP output. This is not a mod feature. This is Terra Invicta doing math.
Under the cube-root GDP-to-IP model:
– One unified Earth (~9 billion people at $50k GDP per capita) produces ~73 IP total
– Five megastates produce ~215 IP worldwide
– Two hundred nations produce ~2,500+ IP worldwide
Centralization is politically efficient and economically disastrous.
Congratulations — you’ve built an empire.
This mod pairs well with Big Country Economy Rework (BCER). If you don’t use it, enjoy the austerity.

Compatibility:
– Uses existing project and claim systems
– Does not overwrite base unification mechanics
– Compatible with ongoing saves
– Should coexist peacefully with other mods (unlike your new government)

It has not been exhaustively tested. Edge cases may exist.

Installation:

Subscribe on the Steam Workshop and enable it in-game, or manually copy the mod folder from:
steamapps/workshop/content/1176470/3147902897
to
Terra Invicta/Mods/Active
Rename the folder to United Earth, refresh mods, and assume direct control.
