Larger Long War Of The Chosen
What is this?
So in case you didn’t like the smaller nature of many Long War 2 missions, or want to change things up, this mod makes them all bigger! Here’s a list of things it does:
- Doubles the number of soldiers allowed on most missions. Up to 16 people on gops, 20 people on HQs, and 24 people on waterworld!
- (Most retaliations are now normal again due to issues with rebel and chosen balance until I come up with a better way)
- Adjusts infiltration times for the new squad sizes.
- Increases the starting barracks size from 22 to 45.
- Increases resource rewards by 50% and the resources from the supply job by 50% since you have more soldiers to kit out.
- Increases income from Recruit Job by 50%
- Doubles soldiers available for purchase from the Black Market (LWoTC beta v14 or newer required).
- Increases some mission timers to account for the larger missions and more fighting.
- Decreases Reinforcement bucket fill rate by 10%.
- Increases size of reinforcement drops to match.
This mod is designed to be used with Mitzruti’s Double Pod Count mod and includes configuration to account for LW specific pods with it.
Requirements:
- Long War Of The Chosen – duh
- Will work fine with LWoTC beta.
- Double Pod Counts – for the intended experience, but not mandatory.
Compatibility:
- Should work just fine with Mod Jam or anything else. It’s all OPTC or config changes.
Balance:
- I got no clue how balanced it actually is. I just doubled everything and scaled stuff what I thought was needed, things might change.
