I made the "CLP" a bit more Realistic, Optimized and Balanced.
Coal liquefaction is a process of converting coal into liquid fuels and petrochemicals.
Production becomes important when natural crude oil is not available in sufficient quantities.
An example of the coal liquefaction are the "self-sufficiency efforts" in NS Germany, and in the GDR.
Production is very inefficient.
