This mod aims to enhance the importance of trade in Victoria 3. During the Victorian era, international trade flourished, boosting nations’ wealth. However, in the game, players often shy away from extensive trading because of high bureaucracy and convoy costs. This mod addresses that by making trade centers produce some bureaucracy and convoys for themselves, encouraging players to prioritize trade as a key strategy.
