ExternalSuitReader
Makes the advanced suit have the ability to read the external atmosphere of which the suit is in.
You can read the ratios via "RatioOxygenOutput" or "RatioPollutantsOutput", you can change "Oxygen" and "Pollutants" to any of the other gas types!
