This is the Time Bomb ported from Black Ops 2 Zombies’ map "Buried"!

What it does:

Upon tossing the bomb down (default RMB), the bomb archives everything in the level (player and their weapons, props and their constraints, ropes not on props, and more.) At any point later, the watch can be activated (LMB) and the world rolls back to that point, via time travel!

Usage:

Sandbox
In Sandbox, open the CoD Zombies tab in the weapons menu, and spawn it in. You’ll be given the SWEP and automatically pull out the clacker and bomb.

FAQ

Q: Are weapons and their current ammo archived?
A: Yes

Q: Can I have unlimited ammo?
A: Yes, you can use cvar "TimeBomb_Infinite 1" to have unlimited time bombs

Q: Is there nZombies support?
A: Yup! It takes a shield slot, so press "N" to pull it out.

Q: How do I change the settings in game?
A: You can use the "Time Bomb Settings" panel under "Hoff’s Addons" on the Utilities tab on the right of your spawn menu, or change the cvars in the console directly.

Q: How do I blacklist certain entities from being archived?
A: In the txt file "data/codzombies/timebomb.txt" entity classes can be added, one class per line starting on line 5

Q: Can I make the bomb skip the time travel animation and be instant?
A: Use the cvar "TimeBomb_InstantTravel 1"

Q: What ammo does it use?
A: The time bomb has its own ammo, class name "ammo_timebomb"

Q: When I break a prop the time bomb is attached to, the bomb breaks. Why?
A: The time bomb entity is parented to the prop it hits, so when the parent prop is removed, so is the bomb.

Q: Doesn’t this just use the save system built into gmod?
A: No. The built-in save system is incompatible with a bunch of stuff, including NextBots. My system is compatible. That one also hitches significantly more.

Q: Can I make it not affect other players’ stuff, only my own props and npcs, etc?
A: Yeah, the cvar "TimeBomb_AffectSelfOnly" will make the bomb only affect you and your spawned entities.

Q: Can I change something in the code and reupload my own version?
A: No. The code is my own and thus protected under copyright.

"TimeBomb_AffectSelfOnly" (0/1) Makes the bomb only affect you and your spawned entities
"TimeBomb_KeepWatchAfterTravel" (0/1, default 0)

Server owners can use: resource.AddWorkshop("2955050590") to download the addon on clients
