二向箔是必须的，秘书舰托盘目前是非必需的可选项。
重新制作了模组机制和代码，加入了新的干员。
目前包括的内容：游戏内的全部313个（含异格和升变）可抽干员的获取（不会抽出已有），种族、遗传学和生殖隔离、源石病，罗德岛和相应的旅行选项。
TODO：源石技艺、角色模板完善、换装、精英化、升变
与秘书舰托盘一起开启时可以调出自选角色，并可于托盘中显示台词。

Anime Core Lib is required, Secretary adds more features and is not required for now.
Reworked mechanism and code, added new operators
contents: all 313 (contains alternative ver.) PC in Arknights CN server, races, genetics, reproduction isolation, Oripathy, and the Rhodes Island building with a travel option.
Can pick any operators by debug decision in Secretary, with this mod, the dialogue in Arknights will also shown in secretary bubble.
