Laws and Bureaucracy Expanded (Cold War Edition)
This mod was created as an expansion for the Cold War Era Mod (1950) by settintotrieste.
This mod is intended to increase the number of laws available on the CWE mod, but also make changes to how important are bureaucracy and government buildings. These changes can (and will likely) cause some balancing issues. Do not report those to the creator and moderators of the CWE mod, you can just comment under this workshop page and I’ll see what I can do. Please make sure to test out the bug without this submod active before reporting it.

Civil Service Institution – Increases Bureaucracy Earned and Government Wages
Minimum Wage Institution – Increases Minimum Wage
New Diplomatic Actions:
Development Action – Subjects receive bonus construction from overlord (inspired by CWP)
Changes:
Institutions now cost extra bureaucracy
Workplace Safety Institution no longer increases minimum wage
Upper Rural Class is de-facto extinct as a political actor when Collectivized Agriculture Law is enacted
Upper Urban Class is de-facto extinct as a political actor when Fully Planned Economy Law is enacted
Fully Planned and Semi Planned Economies are no longer less efficient but require more bureaucracy
