Вы можете отписаться от старого пака, все здания из него, в том числе с улучшенными текстурами, уже включены в этот пак.

The mod contains 22 residential buildings, 7 elements for variable construction, and a pedestrian crossing – a section – an infrastructure object. The old building pack will no longer be replenished or updated, but it is still available for download. If you need posters on buildings, subscribe to the repaint mod.
You can unsubscribe from the old pack; all buildings from it, including those with improved textures, are already included in this pack.
