Ceiling Lights Unofficial 1.4 Update
This is an unofficial update to allow this mod to show as being compatible for 1.4, since it still works in it. The only change is showing support for 1.4. All original code is the same. All credit goes to the original author Neceros.

Adds two hanging ceiling lamps. Out of sight bright light. The ceiling grow lamp outputs ultraviolet light for ultimate plant nutritional needs.
