Added a civilization based on the Dragon Empery in the game work "Azur Lane" – the Dragon Empery civilization. This mod has added 2 leaders: Hei Tien and An Shan.

Unique Ability

Ancient Country
At the start of each turn, you gain Science and Culture equal to 2% of the cost of unlocked Technologies and Civics. You gain 1 wildcard slot whenever the game enters a new era, and gain different bonuses depending on the age you enter and leave. Can use Dark Age Policies.

Unique District

Dragon Garden
Dragon Empery unique district, replacing the Campus district and cheaper to build. Can be built on Woods. Science Adjacent Bonus also provides Production. After Flight is researched receive Tourism equal to 200% the Science output. Unleash Culture Bomb on surrounding territory when built and generate Woods in surrounding tiles, and +1 Culture, +1 Production for this city Woods tile. Get a +1 Science bonus from each adjacent Districts and Woods, Get a +2 Science bonus from each adjacent Wonders and Natural Wonders.

Unique Building

Apricot Academy
A building unique to Dragon Empery, replacing the Library and cheaper to build. Activating an Great Person in this city will result in Great Person Points of the corresponding Great Person type (the amount gained is based on the city’s Citizens) and the city’s borders will expand by 1 tile.

Unique Improvement

Shenzhou Wall
+2 Gold, +1 Production and +1 Culture. Additional output will be gained when adjacent to the Shenzhou Walls, Resources and Districts, and output will be boosted as more Technologies and Civics are unlocked. Tourism from Culture once Flight is researched. Occupying unit receives +4 Defense Strength, and automatically gains 2 turns of fortification. Never destroyed by natural disasters.

Leaders

Hei Tien
Leader’s Ability: Scrollbearer of Turbulent Seas
Gain Great Writer points equal to 20% of the cost of the Technology upon completion. Whenever your civilization creates a Writing, all military units +1 Combat Strength. Activating Great Writer gains Culture and Production based on the Era of Great Person. Gain the Hai Tien Class Protected Cruiser unique unit when the Nationalism civic is discovered.
Unique Unit
Hai Tien Class Protected Cruiser:
Hei Tien unique Industrial era naval ranged unit, has Bombard Strength instead of Ranged Strength. No suffering damaged combat penalties.


An Shan
Leader’s Ability: Loong’s Dance
Units will gain a promotion level after killing an enemy unit. Gain Science and Culture equal to 20% of the construction cost when finishing Buildings. Units with Combat Strength gain the "Loong’s Dance" Unit Command.
Unique Command: Loong’s Dance
Limited to once per turn, this unit gains Combat Strength bonus for the turn, as the difference between the highest Base Combat Strength of an adjacent unit and its own Base Combat Strength.
Unique District: Ansteel
An Shan unique district, replacing Industrial Zone district, unlock earlier, cost less. Production Adjacent Bonus also provides Science. Provides 4 Iron and Aluminium per turn, Strategic Resource Stockpiles increased +10 (on Standard Speed). +50% adjacency bonus for adjacent Ansteel, with additional 1 Iron and Aluminium per turn. Allows cities to consume Iron and Aluminium to provide Production for current production. +1 Production from each adjacent districts, +2 Production from adjacent Strategic resources. Provides +2 Science for adjacent Mines.
