This mod adds tooltips for each skill levels, detailing the stat gains, builds and recipes unlocked by that specific level, as well as other information/abilities relative to that skill level.
This way, new players can have an easier time learning the game, and honestly, even the majority of experienced players will learn something new from this mod.
The tooltips are displayed when hovering over a skill level with the mouse, in the skills tab of the character info window.
The info available in these tooltips is based on a combination of my own knowledge, the game’s non-exposed Java files (that I learned how to decompile), the game’s exposed Lua files, the wiki of PZ, and Trombonaut’s videos.
If you notice a typo, or know of an effect that is not listed, or spot something that is wrong or poorly worded, please leave a comment in one of the discussions to point it out to me. I don’t think I got every single effect that could be listed, and I may have made a mistake somewhere, so I’m relying on you guys for that.
This mod was made so it can easily be supported by other Skill mods, as well as dynamic trait mods.
Crafting recipes unlocked from one (or two) skills are dynamically added to each skill level tooltip.
This means that crafting recipes from mods (such as Scrap Weapons for example) will also show up on the tooltip.
Crafting recipes requiring 3 or more different skills will not show up.
Also, only 10 recipes per tooltip will show up.
Due to how messy the building system is, only vanilla constructions are displayed in the tooltips. Modded constructions (such as More Builds mod for example) will not be displayed.
For the Foraging skill, the information of what each level unlocks is taken directly from the foraging system of the game, which means it will account for potential additions or tweaks from mods (such as Soul Fisher’s Foraging time for example).
For the Fishing skill, the fishing stats are calculated with the chosen Nature Abundance as well as the current time of day and current season.

I am not opening translations until this mod has been out for a week at the very least. This is so I can correct as many things as possible in the first week, otherwise the translations could be wrong.
Mods that change skill tooltips will probably not be compatible with this mod.
This mod uses the ISSkillProgressBar:updateTooltip(lvlSelected) and ISSkillProgressBar:render() methods. That’s it.
