Smiths Guild
- Exquisite Weapon ➤ +10% damage
Workers Guild
- Exquisite Armor ➤ +1 Defense
Mages Guild
- Exquisite Robe ➤ +1 Resistance
Scholars Guild
- Fast Learner ➤ +30% Experience
Merchants Guild
- Low Maintenance ➤ -30% Unit Upkeep
