Welcome to Volia City(Shell District)! Office buildings, a residential complex and Emily Park – everything you need for life! (The city was a haven for refugees from other cities and the Rosaria region. In July 2024, a zombie came out of the Solus Hills sewer and bit a woman who was meditating in the park.
