Description:
Intro

The point of this rework is to make Flagellant even more focused towards party support and face tanking, he is still very much capable of going full aggro but it has a cost now.

If something is not mentioned, it’s unchanged from the vanilla version

Base Stats:

Damage:

His Minimum Damage was reduced by 1 across all levels.

New scaling:
lvl 1: 2-6
lvl 2: 3-7
lvl 3: 3-8
lvl 4: 4-10
lvl 5: 4-11

Health:

His Health was increased to compensate for the constant Bleeding and to better face tank
new HP scaling:
25-30-35-40-45

Crit Effect:

His old Crit effect has been replaced by the following:
+50% Bleed Duration, +15% Healing Done

On Hitting DD:

Instead of Healing the entire Party, he will now buff everyone else with a +20% Healing Received Buff

On Death:

The Party-wide 10 Heal has been replaced with a Party-wide 10/1 regeneration

ACC lowered by 5 on all levels, so new scaling is 90-110, instead of 95-115
