Description:

This mod adds the map "Kushiro Beppo", which is an rural area in eastern Hokkaido, Japan.
It is based on the area set in the novel "Platoon" by Bunji Sunagawa.
Most of this map consists of vast forests and vast marshlands.
There is also a large city, which is larger for the maps in Arma series, two coastal fishing ports, and large solar power plants that fills a corner of the marshland.
There is no formal airfields in this area, but in aircraft operations you can use the long roads at northwest and northeast of the map.

The Kushiro region depicted in this map is characterized by marshlands spread over a vast plain, which is rare in Japan.
The battle between the Ground Self-Defense Force and the Armed Force of the Russian Federation, depicted in the novel "Platoon,"
took place around the main road stretching northeastwards from the Kushiro-Beppo IC in the center of the map to the Kamibetsubo Fureai Center.
