My Own Constantinople

Why can’t I build my capital into Constantinople? ?
Owning such a great kingdom/empire, my capital can also be Constantinople!

This mod adds a new special building, a new duchy capital building and several normal buildings to the player’s capital.
And there are several decisions accordingly, providing special benefits for players

A new decision: add a new special building to the capital called "My Own Constantinople"(MOC)
Each level of MOC has a special effect, see details below(in ‘ps:’)
It is recommended to 1)Consider level 6 as full level, 2)Upgrade only to level 6. cause huge debuff appears in level 7-9

PS:
1) MOC and other mod buildings are only active when it is on your capital(Very important! Carefully choose your capital and don’t move it!)
tip: Integrated Always Move Realm Capital because of (1)
2) player with MOC equal to or higher than
· level 1: new building – Hagia Sophia (which is also considered as a university)
· level 2: build new duchy capital building – Theodosian Wall
· level 3: new decision "Extra Tax", then, you can use the decision "Extort Subjects"
· level 4: new decision "Set Up Court Doctor Team", then you can right click some ill one to cure him
· level 5: new decision "Varangian Guard", then you can recruit a team of Varangian Guard
· level 6: new decision "Little Tournament", then you will get a new brave knight in several days
3) Four new buildings can be built in barony with MOC
4) New decision: build Constantinople university – "pandidakterion". You can study here and get trait "Mystic"
5) Byzantine emperor can change Constantinople special building to MOC
6) AI do not use MOC
