Strange edges at intersections with sidewalks have been removed as far as possible. The sidewalks themselves have also been removed. This makes the negative visual effect almost invisible.
However, you now have to draw your own sidewalks with the decorative texture.
There is a separate folder with a street version with sidewalk. There, the visual effect is minimized as much as possible, but you can still see it.
When asphalt roads are drawn over concrete cobblestone streets, an optical bug is created. That a few cobblestones are missing & gravel is visible.
As far as I know, there is nothing I can do about this. This has been happening to the roads since the last bigger official update.
If you connect roads to the intersections as shown in the picture, this bug does not occur. So asphalt roads should not cross concrete cobblestone roads. The (gravel roads) normal dark cobblestone roads do not cause any problems.
Must be updated manually.
Don’t forget to Like & Favorite. Then it is faster findable for others.
It is the same installation method as with all other manuall installation mods.
Add the folders to the game directory [media_soviet] & overwrite the files.
The game directory can be opened via Steam.
Right click on the game in the left bar, then on Manage & Browse Local Files.
The path to the mod folder is:

The entire vegetation has been revised.
The standard bush is now a hazel bush, the old small bush is now a monk’s pepper bush & a dog rose bush.
The old large bushes are now blackberry bushes.
The old beech tree is now an oak tree & the old arcacia is now a hazel tree.
The old poplar is now a gray poplar with a lighter trunk.
The pines have been replaced by the old/new spruce & other fir constructs.
There is a real fir tree (the old Tuhja) & also a blue spruce (the old spruce)
Roads have been reworked again.
They are now wider & normal roads no longer have visible footpaths, so that you can paint them yourself with decorative textures or have country roads without footpaths.
Lantern roads now have a vanilla-like texture only brighter & without outer edge stones.
Visual dirt edges on asphalt footpaths have been fixed. Asphalt footpaths are no longer noticeable under decorative textures.
Cobblestones are still the same as in the old mod version. Only the one with concrete blocks is wider & adapted to the new other roads. The gravel road/natural cobblestone road is as before.
There are a few changes to the fences. The default fence is now a guard rail for roads (a bit fiddly to place close to roads)
The old wooden wall is now the new wire mesh fence in green.
The concrete wall with diamond pattern is now a decorative wooden wall.
For decorative textures, the small footpath is the texture of the better footpaths & the large one is the natural cobblestone pavement
NOTE
This mod needs a little more performance due to the new vegetation.
I have a potato PC with i7 2600, 16gb ram & a GTX 1050TI 4GB.
It runs smoothly for me, but you should avoid very dense forests.
On my current playthrough with most buildings it runs just as good/bad as before.
When starting the game for the first time after mod installation, it may happen that the game crashes once. This only means that it has adopted the changes & is unique so far.
This is not a real error.
Improved traffic at customs houses is included.
No more eternal queues because all the spaces are occupied by one vehicle.
& Private vehicles have double range (not show in the "Parking space range" overview)
Don’t forget to make a backup beforehand.
