Sound Fix for 1.12
As explained by u/Arsustyle in this reddit post, the sound files in 1.12 have been significantly compressed compared to previous game versions. This has meant that many sound effects have significantly worse audio quality.
Although this is likely an error on Paradox’s part that will be resolved eventually, I figured I’d whip together this quick fix to solve the problem in the meantime. This mod returns all of the impacted sound files to their previous file size, restoring the audio quality of these sound effects.
