Better Late Game

The "playable late game" is very useful and improves the post-game experience, but there are some game balance issues. "playable late game" changes the logic of how the game works, stopping all AI development and making players feel like they’re in The Truman Show.
This mod optimizes game performance without changing game balance.
Reduces AI’s desire for the construction sector and slightly slows down building density.
The world ranking of the factory was removed, which was the main reason for the instant delay.
This mod may not be as obvious as "playable late game", but it’s still faster than no mod.
