Allows you to assimilate pops into other integrated cultures.
How it works:
1) The game checks yearly for any unintegrated pops.
2) If you have integrated a culture that exists in the same / bordering territory, once assimilated, that pop will turn into that integrated culture instead of staying as your main culture.
3) If there isn’t an integrated culture available, it will stay as your main culture.
There isn’t any cheating involved. The higher your assimilation speed, the faster all your integrated cultures will grow. The opposite is also true.
