OP Collapse Diplomatic Action
The OPed version of the Collapse Diplomatic Action mod, as requested by the community. Sorry it took so long guys!

Adds a new diplomatic action (in the influence section) that allows you to trigger a country collapse in your target country. The victim country will experience 5 years of extreme instability and unrest, which will almost always result in it fracturing or being annihilated.
The original version of the mod has a 10 year cooldown, as well as many costs and penalties for using the action. These were popular for users who wanted the diplomatic action to feel like a fair, functional part of the game, but annoying for those who just wanted to play around.
In this version, all penalties and restriction are completely removed (except one: you cannot stack the modifier by using it repeatedly, instead you must wait for 5 years for it to wear off. But don’t worry, in 5 years the victim country will most likely dissolve).
THIS MOD IS NOT FAIR. It is very, very OP. For fun and laughs.
For those who want a version that doesn’t feel so cheat-y, check out the original mod.
Compatible with pretty much everything. Only adds files, doesn’t remove or replace any.
