Compatibility Mod for Age of Tomes by ERICdb and Unique Unit Rank Bonuses by Komogi!

Adds unique rank bonuses to the Astromancer and Witch from the Age of Tomes mod! UURBs for the Tidecaller will be added in a future update.

Also fixes Fairies being able to be summoned anywhere in the player’s domain.
