Description:

Naval doctrines added so far:
‘Chaika Raids’ for tags with the Sich Rada government reform;
‘Dhow Trade’ for tags with Somali culture.
‘Vietnamese Initiative’ for tags with Vietnamese or Sino-Vietnamese culture.
‘Bengali Shipbuilding’ for tags with Bengali culture.
‘Genoese Naval Artillery’ for Genoa.
‘Mayan Canoes’ for tags with Mayan culture (accessible even while considered primitive).
‘Abandon the Fleet’ for Brandenburg and Prussia.
‘Master of the Water’ for Mande culture tags (like Songhai).
‘Indian Ocean Trade’ for any tags bordering the Indian ocean.
‘Crusader Spirit’ for Catholic tags with their capital in Egypt, Arabia or Mashriq, as well as Cyprus and the Knights.
‘Scots Great Ships’ for Scotland and any tags with Highlander or Scottish culture.
‘Mesoamerican Ferocity’ for any Mesoamerican culture tags (e.g Aztecs) except Maya.

Other changes: Naval doctrines are selectable if your naval forcelimit is 6 or greater (instead of vanilla 20).
The UI for naval doctrine selection is changed to allow for more than one unique doctrine.

Events added:
‘Righteous Revenge’, granting a very good admiral if you have selected the ‘Crusader Spirit’ doctrine.

Not ironman compatible.

Probably compatible with most other mods, although defines are edited. If it’s incompatible, deleting the defines folder might work.
