no it does not turn you into one of those "MCs" or does it?
adds 2 traits to the game only gotten via debug or pawn edit mods e.g. edb prepare carefully or character editor.
the mc trait gives a pawn a few minor bonuses to most of their stats most of the bonuses are small ~5% better than base.
then you have the isekai protagonist trait this makes a pawn noticeably better than their base counterparts

A: short answer, its not. long answer, most other mods tend to be god traits or have huge buffs this one is toned down
