this is a simple remastered version of the bigcity

1. Removal of the Twin Towers (And replaced with OneWTC).

2. Removal of the garbage area (And replaced with Airport).

3. Removal of the Toxin Waters (And replaced with gm_construct style map).

4. Added an elevator system in building where is front of the spawn grass area.

1. Bring back the Twin Towers (And retexturing the texture of the Twin Towers).

1. Some exposed nodraw texture is changed to the normal texture.

2. Added Empire State Building.

1. Bring back the Toxin Waters with the bridge.

2. Added a slope way next to airport.

1. Change the Skybox to clear sky.
