Kuromi’s AI
This is my personal mod to improve upon the base game AI’s behavior. The goal is to make the AI more competent at interacting with the game’s mechanics and narrative contents to create a more emergent sandbox. The mod focuses on the economy and politics, but also touches on diplomacy and military where I see fit.
In principle this mod does not make gameplay changes, including to the autonomous construction. It can be added / removed without breaking saves.
Main features:
– Improved economy and market management in general.
– Improved adoption of new production methods, including electricity, mutual funds, and barrack training methods.
– When building government admins, prioritize states lacking tax capacity.
– Made AI more active in pursuing political reforms, in a way that reflects domestic clout and ideology.
– Better budgeting by pursuing appropriate taxation laws that maximize state revenue, and putting a reasonable limit on institutions.
– Increased innovation target.
