No Dev Liberty Desire&Unlimited Vassals
Removes liberty desire that accumulated from development on Colonies, Vassals, Marches, Eyelets, and Tributaries while also allowing you to have as many vassals as you want without any Diplo slots being taken up
This Mod does not work with any other mod that changes the Subject_Types folder
