LEGACY AGONY

ADDED Orc specific Orcish Dynasty Legacy.

ALLOWED Hold Expedition Activity, by unlocking Orcish Dynasty Legacy Tier 4.

ADDED cultural defensive war joining bonus like religious wars.

ADDED special Troll corruption tradition debuffing them from moving around, simulating turning into stone in sunlight.

ADDED special Troll unique isolationism tradition giving defensive bonus.
