Enhancement for Nurgle Technology(Multiple Changes)
Add various changes with many new effects for all of the current Nugle technology so that every Nurgle unit is included in the technology tree.
Give more Nurgle units ward protection, maximum health, recruit level, healing cap, melee defence and armor while enhance the cyclical decrease effects for Nurgle buildings while reducing their cost, add more effect to vs other races. Also focus on enhancing the Nurgle plagues and Nurgle corruption.
