Cholera and Dysentery were major problems during the 19th century, the former causing many outbreaks and claiming many victims.
Famous victims include President James K. Polk, Charles X (whose death kicks off an event in-game), and Carl Von Clausewitz, whose namesake is on the engine of many Paradox Titles.
As such, it is only right to reflect violently vacating your bowels in Victoria 3.
This mod allows you to make a "character decision" on your leader to make them poop their pants and subsequently die of cringe.
