Great Monuments Expanded – Unlocked
Small mod to remove all cultural and religious requirements for upgrading and using great monuments from GME.
Also removes all requirements for conditional bonuses given by these monuments.
Removal of religious and cultural requirements was done using this script made by JammyDodgers297.
