Additional Collections
Adds new empire population collections for use with custom empires, each a hybrid of two political factions:
1. Ferocious Collection: Focused on fleets and food to make a rock-solid supply chain.
2. Fortified Collection: Focused on industry and defense to build unbreakable planets.
3. Inspired Collection: Focused on religion and industry to awe the unbelievers.
4. Naturalist Collection: Focused on science and food to preserve the beauty of the galaxy.
5. Dustborn Collection: Focused on Dust and influence to glorify the Endless.
6. Exploratory Collection: Focused on influence and science to enlighten the galaxy.
7. Janus Collection: Focused on soft and hard power.
8. Sustainable Collection: Focused on population and terraforming.
