Retinue Tradition

A super lightweight mod that adds one cultural tradition: Trained Retinue. I created this mainly for myself but thought I might as well upload it.
It has the following effects:
Recruiting Men-At-Arms costs 25% more
Maintaining Men-At-Arms costs 25% more
Knight Effectiveness is increased by 5%
Men-At-Arms Counter Efficiency is increased by 25%
Size of Men-At-Arms Regiments is increased by 3
Max number of Men-At-Arms Regiments is increased by 3
Advantage is increased by 4
Light Cavalry, Archers, Horse Archers, Camel Cavalry, Elephant Cavalry, Heavy Cavalry, Heavy Infantry, and Spearmen all have their Damage and Toughness increased by 20%
Skirmishers have their Damage, Toughness, and Pursuit increased by 20%
All holdings will have their levy size decreased by 80%
