Hyperweave Plantation
I’ve always found the few ways of obtaining hyperweave lackluster, hence why I liked the idea of making a plant that produces hyperweave. Since the original mod’s author is no longer around and the continued version isn’t being updated, I decided to finally upload my own version (made from scratch) with the textures I use. Being particularly picky when it comes to balance myself, I’ve included a lot of mod options to make sure anyone can enjoy the mod however they want!
This mod adds a plant which produces the rare fabric we all love; hyperweave. By default, it must be planted inside hydroponics basins and needs a few more conditions met such as some research prerequisites, a high plant skill, its own research project… all of which can be changed through mod options. Textures have already been converted to .dds for those who care about that.
The mod options consist of the following:
- Hit points
- Beauty
- Growth time
- Sowing time
- Harvesting time
- Harvesting yield
- Minimum skill to sow
- Minimum ground fertility required
- Sensitivity to ground fertility
- Smallest plant size
- Biggest plant size
- Faint glow
- Immunity to blight
- Cave plant
- Can sow in the ground
- Requires research (The project can be found on the main tab, next to Advanced Fabrication, aligned with other research projects. Let me know if you find a mod conflicting with mine on the placement.)
- Requires research prerequisites (Advanced Fabrication & Hydroponics)
- Research cost
Remember to restart your game for your changes to take effect!
