Superblock 308S
Greetings, dear comrades of the Soviet Republic.
These residential buildings are based on real buildings located in Brasília, a city that was built from scratch in the 60s to be the new capital of Brazil.
The Superblock 308 South was built as a prototype that presented the concept of urbanism and neighborhood of the new city. You can learn more about it – and get inspired on how to use these buildings in your republic – in this Link[g.co].
This pack includes two size options: one for up to 90 workers and another for up to 180 workers. Both options have 7 floors (pilotis + 6 housing floors) and a housing quality of 96%.
I’m also providing skins with three color options: blue, green, and yellow. Please check the required items. To change the building’s color, use the skin button in the properties window of the building.
