Historical Institutions 3.0
A revival of the outdated historical institutions mod. Significantly reduced institution spread and increased cost for non-European cultures are included, to reflect the emergence of Europe, as the center of global affairs during the era of EU4 (EUROPA Universalis). There are both pre-1600 modifiers and post-1600 modifiers that affect institutions. Post-1600 modifiers lower institution spread by larger degrees in non-European countries in order to represent Europe’s continuously increasing lead, as well as balance out the globalized institutions starting from global trade.
