this mod raises the Form Trait Points to 12 from 5

A quick tutorial;
- If you want to change the value, open up the GlobalSettings_Strategic.rpk via the Resource Editor;
- the file path should look like this or similar; D:SteamsteamappscommonAge of Wonders 4ContentTitlePacksStrategic
- under category find "User – Global Settings"
- scroll down to line 79, called Global Settings
- right Click, create mod
- under Race settings find "Num Form Trait Points" replace the 5 or 12, if you opened my acp file, with a number you like.
