Creator’s Notes

The T-97M Golden Eagle is a fictional Russian modern main battle tank (MBT) developed from the Obj 640 Black Eagle. Meant to be a response to emerging contemporaries such as the Leopard 2 and M1 Abrams at the time, the original Obj 640 saw improvements in the autoloader design and used a more powerful ERA technology.

This fictional modernisation of the Obj 640 was upgraded with notable improvements to the sighting systems, shell types, soft-kill and hard-kill APS, an improved ERA layout and FCS.

There are 4 colour variations available which are accessible through the LETMS mutator for the T-97M which include:
–Woodland (set as default)
–Desert
–Urban
–Snow

Vehicle Stats

5550 health
120mm 2A82-1M cannon, capable of shooting APFSDS, ATGM and HE-Frag-FS rounds
Coaxial 7.62mm machine gun
Commander’s 12.7mm remote-controlled weapon station (RCWS)
Has a thermal sight, it is bound to the E key to toggle on or off.
You can press E again to reset the thermal sight in the case of it breaking
