Custom Turrets V
Build or modify turrets according to your wishes. Now with all turret types, live preview and much more.
- Game version 2.0+
- no problem with cheating
We work our way from left to right.
New turrets can be created in the left pane.
- Either completely new with the choices above.
- or using an already saved turret in the middle.
- or using a turret from your inventory as a template below.
The next step is in the middle section:
Here we can edit the created turret in detail and change all possible properties.
IMPORTANT: In order to actually assign the new values to the turret, we need to click on the UPGRADE button in the lower area.
The right part of the window is for checking. Here you can see the values that were actually assigned to the tower. Here you can also see a LIVE TOOLTIP, as it would be seen in the inventory.
As an administrator on the server, you can also make server-wide settings for all players here via the cogwheel.
NEW: A garbage manager with which you can selectively mark guns as garbage according to their values or delete them directly!
Finally, select the desired number of new turrets and either click BUILD PROTECT (free if unlocked) or click on the coins to pay the displayed price and build.
That’s it! Have fun experimenting with the many possibilities.

Most problems can be traced back to the fact that the file with the saved designs could not be loaded correctly. It can be helpful to remove or rename this file before taking other actions.
You can find the file named "customturretbuilder.txt" in %AppData%/Avorion/moddata (Windows) or ~/.avorion/moddata/ (Linux).
Data from CTB IV or older will be skipped and not listed, sorry.
