Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update

This building relies heavily on a good supply of air. The more air stored in the tanks the higher the power output.
This adds a new twist, with a low intake vs fast output, you need a steady and reliable air supply to keep this working at peak. (Tip, if you’re struggling, use valves to limit output)

Base power output is 10 (fully charged is at least 1000)

Air capacity 500 (1 input, 50 output)

3 upgrades are now available,
1st to boost output 33%,
2nd reduces maint by 40%
3rd to reduce by another 50%

Limited to 1 per solony (found under Wonder catagory)
