On the fringes of Federation space, the colonies of man are in a constant struggle just to survive. Regional United Citizens council addresses the trivial issues of parking regulation, while the Farmers deal with failing crops and the sparatic Bug harrasement themselves.

This mission has 2 play modes:
1. Skirmish – Take command of either the Federation or the Civilian Forces and clear Bug Hives.
2. Story – In Development for future release (SICON only)
