Op Trait
Adds an extremely rare op trait which basically makes the pawn who has it a god.
This trait was made because I sometimes enjoy having an overpowered pawn at the start of my game.
The values may seem absurd but they are large so there is a large buffer before any other modifiers which may be put on the pawn.
Due to its extremely low commonality this trait is only meant to be obtainable with a mod or with dev mode.
