Philophagy Skill Selection

Do you hate having to waste time and your pawns experience trying to get XP in the skill you actually want because the target pawn has the same skill level in multiple skills? If you do, then this mod is for you.
With this mod; things like this:
Won’t happen anymore. Now, if the target pawn has multiple skills that are the same level, you can choose which one you want. If there are multiple sets of skills that are the same level but one pair is higher than the other (for example: cooking and social are level 8 and melee and crafting are level 15), you will only be able to choose from the skills that are the highest.
