Description:

What this MOD mainly do：

• The empire can build Kislev/Dwarf/High Elves/Cathay Embassies to recruit their powerful units (affected by red-line skills and technology)
• Strengthened the garrison of empire defense buildings

Update 2024/08/29:
1.fix all known issues.
2.fully compatible with all mods such as SFO/Remote.
3.add some kislev units.
4.add cathay embassy and units.
5.improve the gain effect of buildings.
