Ever wanted to play a Touhou Universalis MP game and noticed that nations outside Gensokyo are at quite the disadvantage? Well, no more! Actually no that’s a lie, they still are but this mod balances things out at least somewhat.

Changelog:
– non-touhou nations can make ONE leader immortal
– non-touhou nations can convert to touhou religions
– non-touhou nations can get touhou pips
