Ludi’s Official MP Mod. Version 0.05 – tested with Vic3 1.9.0 – 1.9.6

The main idea behind this is a rebalance for Multiplayer and also to make the game more historical and FUN.

Techs reworked.

Laws reworked.

Starting situations for MANY nations updated!

Major reworks incorporated from Grey’s mods for balancing.

Currently in process of reworking arable land and starting/discoverable resources to be balanced with 1.9.
